1. Information You Provide to Us

• Application and intake information — your answers about your background, experience, goals, timeline, and readiness to invest in a program.
• Scheduling information — the date, time, and details of calls you book with us, collected through our scheduling provider.
• Communications — the content of messages, emails, and materials such as résumés that you send us.
• Purchase information — the products you buy and the transaction records our payment processor returns to us. We do not receive or store your full payment card number.

We save form submissions as you complete them, including partially completed applications. If you enter your contact details and then abandon the form, we may still hold the information you entered up to that point and may follow up with you about it.

2. Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:

• Marketing attribution — the campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, and utm_content), advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, fbclid, and msclkid), the page you landed on, and the referring website. This is stored in your browser for the duration of your session and submitted with any form you complete.
• Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected in standard server logs and by any analytics tools we use.
• Video engagement data — playback events from our video hosting provider when you watch embedded videos.

Where the law requires a legal basis for processing, we rely on your consent, the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business, and compliance with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery, scheduling, video hosting, analytics, and payment processing vendors who process information on our behalf and are bound to use it only for that purpose.
• Professional advisors — accountants, attorneys, and similar advisors, where reasonably necessary.
• Legal and safety — where we believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MedSalesCoach, our clients, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

We do not share your information with employers or recruiters as part of a placement service, because we do not offer one. We will not send your résumé or application to a third party without your instruction.

5. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: for the duration of your relationship with us, plus the period required to meet our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Application records that do not lead to a purchase are retained for our marketing and follow-up purposes until you ask us to delete them or they are no longer useful.

6. Your Choices

• Marketing email — unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. We will still send messages about an active purchase or scheduled call.
• Text messages — reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time.
• Cookies and browser storage — manage or clear these through your browser settings, as described in our Cookie Policy.
• Access, correction, and deletion — contact us to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

7. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to access or receive a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials we issue you confidential.

MedSalesCoach operates in the United States, and our service providers may store and process information there and in other countries. If you access the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

10. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our programs are not directed to minors. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Sites

Our website may link to third-party sites, job boards, and social media profiles that we do not control. This policy does not apply to those sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing information to them.

12. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for responding to these signals, and our website does not currently respond to them. We will update this section if that changes.
